Introduction

Great on any grilled meat, chicken or fish especially pork tenderloin. Mix a small amount with FF plain yogurt for a spicy dip. Red chili flakes are usually added instead of the chili powder. Ingredients

    1 cup fresh Italian flat leaf parsley
    1 cup cilantro
    1/4. fresh oregano
    1T Red chili flakes
    3 cloves of garlic
    Juice of one Lemon
    2 T. Olive oil
    Water if needed.

Directions

Roughly chop fresh herbs without stems. Put all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until it makes a paste.You can add some water 1T at a time if it is needed.

Play around with the herbs and pepper until you find the combination that is right for you.
Use it on anything.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Makes about 20/ 2Tbs servings
