Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb Browned Ground Beef (extra lean is best but this recipe is for regular lean ground beef)

    Can of rotel or green chiles

    Onion (sliced)

    1 can of pinto beans (drained)

    1 can of red kidney beans (drained)

    1 package of McCormick chili mix (can do low sodium option for less salt)

    Then experiment with the spices! Add a dash of cumin, chili powder, or even Tabasco sauce (just a little!) for extra kick.

Tips

Can eat this plain for a low carb option or if you want add cheese, raw onions, sour cream, crackers, corn bread, etc for a yummy side.


Directions

Brown the meat then throw it all in a pot and cook on till boiling, then lower to a simmer for about 30 mins with the lid on and Enjoy! Makes great leftovers.
