Ingredients

    3 ripe bananas
    1 egg or egg replacement (Tbsp chia seeds in 3 Tbsp water)
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    Tbsp dark brown sugar
    1 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1.5 cups oats
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup chopped almonds
    tsp vanilla
    pinch salt
    2 Tbsp chia seeds for sprinkling on top

Directions

Mix all together and put in sprayed muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
