    1 lb of salmon, skinned and cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 T olive oil
    1 T honey
    1T soy sauce


I enjoy this with rice and steamed broccoli. If you don't have a full hour don't worry. Even 30 minutes give this some good flavor, but not as much as a full 60 minutes will impart.


Mix the oil, honey, and soy sauce together in a bowl. Toss with the salmon and marinate for 1 hour at most. Re-toss in the marinade half-way through. Prep a pan for the broiler with non-stick foil and move oven rack to top position. Place marinated salmon on pan and put in oven set on broil. Let them broil for 5 minutes. Done!
