Ingredients

3 TBS Oat Bran ground in a coffee grinder
    2 TBS Nutiva Coconut Flour
    1 TBS Ground Flax Meal
    45 Packets Sweetener
3 TBS Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
    Dash salt
    2 tsp Konjac Powder
    3/4 tsp baking powder
1 TBS Blue Bonnet Light Margarine Spread
    1 large egg
    1 tsp Vanilla

Tips

May be a good idea to chill this dough for about an hour before rolling into balls so the dough will not be too sticky.

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grind Oat Bran in a coffee grinder until powdered, like flour. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Microwave the light margarine for a couple of seconds, only to liquify, but do not allow to get hot. If too hot, allow to cool. Add egg and vanilla and beat with a fork until combined. Add dry ingredients. This will make a stiff dry dough. Roll small marble sized balls. I got 28 out of this recipe. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
