Introduction

Ingredients

    4 small potatoes (300g/10.6oz)
    2 Tab Extra virgin olive oil
    2 Tab "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" SPRAY
    2/3 tsp garlic powder
    2/3 tsp dried basil
    1/3 tsp dried thyme
    1/3 tsp pepper

Tips

I use the microwave to cook it faster and that way I can cook at a higher oven heat to brown.


Directions

Combine olive oil, butter spray and seasons together
Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes
Place potatoes into plastic bag
pour mixtures into bag, shake to coat
place into cooking dish with lid
Microwave on high for 8 min X 2. Stir between
Place in 400 degree oven for 10 min. X 2. stir after 10
let stand 5 min
