Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp (remove)
    Flour, white, 1.50 cup (remove)
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1.50 cup (remove)
    Morton Table Salt, 0.75 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Allspice, 1 tsp (remove)

    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    Almond Milk, Silk pure almond vanilla, 2 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)

Tips

I make these up and freeze them so I have on hand when the grandkids come. The almond milk is due to a food allergy with one of the grandkids. Skim or low fat will actually make a better looking waffle and the calories won't change a lot.


Directions

Mix dry and liquid ingredients separtly then combine by folding together. Cook on waffle iron to your preferred crispness. Serving Size: makes 8-10 waffles. Top with syrup or as you like . One of my grandkids likes hers with peanut butter. Another likes butter and syrup. I like mine topped with strawberries,
