Introduction

Ingredients

1 t canola oil
1/4 cup each: chopped red bell pepper, onion, carrots
2 cloves garlic
1 skinless rotisserie chicken breast (cooked)
1.5 T hoisin sauce
1 t siracha
1 T low sodium soy sauce
1 t ground ginger
1 t sesame oil
3 large leaves romaine lettuce
Sweet and Sour sauce, to taste
Directions
Sauté pepper, onion, carrots and garlic in a little canola oil.
Shred the chicken and stir it in.
Add the hoisin sauce, siracha, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Cook over low heat for about 10 mintues, or until the flavors are melded.
Serve in 3 lettuce leaves, topped with a drizzle sweet and sour (or other dipping) sauce.
