Introduction
Delicious whole grain waffles. This is a basic starting point, add what you like...blueberries, chocolate chips, nuts & seeds, nut butters, etc...Serving suggestions:

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 cups whole wheat organic flour
1 3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1 Tbsp. coconut palm sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Heat waffle iron.
Beat eggs in large bowl with hand mixer or whisk until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.
Pour a scant 2/3 cup batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron. Close lid.
Bake about 5 mins or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Serve immediately with one of the serving suggestions listed above.
Repeat with remaining batter
