    1 - 13.25 oz. whole wheat pasta
    14 large homestyle meatballs
    1/2 c parm cheese
    1 c shredded mozzarella part skim
    3 cans petite tomatoes
    1 zuchinni squash sliced thin & cut in 1/4
    1 yellow squash sliced thin & cut in 1/4
    3 slices large onion but into 1/8's
    2 tbsp garlic - minced
    4 tbps italian spices
    seasoning salt to taste


add whatever leftover vegetables you have on hand. It can be served with cheese on top. Can also substitute grilled chicken chunks for meataballs.


cook pasta per instructions. Mix tomatoes, squash, onion & garlic & cheese and cook covered in microwave until vegetables are very soft. remove from microwave & blend until a sauce. Add in pasta & meatballs & mix. Cook on 350 for 30 minutes.
