Ingredients

    Oat Milk, Pure Harvest, Organic, .75 cup
    *Water bottle w/ filtered water, .75 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 cup
    Salt, .25 tsp

Tips

Fill with fried onion, mushroom rice, cheese, mixed veggies etc. for savoury crepe. Fill with jam, stewed fruit or lemon juice and sugar for dessert treat.


Directions

Mix ingredients to loose batter. Heat a couple of mls of oil in pan. Pour batter in and swish around. Pour excess back into jug. Flip as soon as edges start to bubble and come away from pan.
