Introduction

Simple and quick for cold, rainy days. Simple and quick for cold, rainy days.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups vegetable broth
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    2 cups thinly sliced cabbage
    2 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
    3 med. carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 can (14.5 oz.)diced tomatoes
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( ~1 lb.) - cooked and sliced/ chunked

Directions

1. Peel carrots. Slice all other vegetables
2. Add all ingredients to pot and bring to a boil.
3. Lower heat to simmer. Let cook 20 min, or until vegetables are softened
4. Serve and Enjoy:)
* season to taste with salt and pepper*
