This is an older Southeast US recipe revamped to be a bit healthier. The original uses butter and sugar as well as peaches canned in syrup and white flour in addition to being doubled in size. Ingredients

1/2c. butter substitute (114g)
1/2c. sugar substitute
1/2c. cane-sweetened almond milk (119g)
1/2c. organic whole wheat flour (71g)
5 peaches, pitted and sliced (1779g)
Directions
Microwave butter substitute in casserole dish for thirty seconds. Add milk, sugar substitute, and flour. Stir until combined. Add peaches to the top, left to right in rows alternating point up point down. Some peaches should be visibly sticking out of dough, but the majority should be covered. Bake at 350F for 60 min.
