    1/2 red onion
    1/2 white onion
    6 mashrooms
    15 cherry tomatos
    spinach leaves 10
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    2 cloves of garlic
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper

Can add any leftover veggies or veggies in season.


Directions

heat skillet, por 1 teaspoon of olive oil & let I warm up, then add veggies & cook for 6 min.
