Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz
    Hot Italian Sausage-Johnsonville 1 link 3oz, 6 oz
    *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1.50 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    *Sauce, Prego Marinara Sauce, 0.5 cup

Tips

Your meat crust will shrink away from the edge of the pan. Don't be overly concerned, I don't think that can be avoided.


Directions

Spread Hamburger into the bottom of two 8 or 9 inch pie pans covering the bottom but not real thick. You can use regular lean hamburrger or ground turkey. I used turkey for lower calories. Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Add desired toppings. I add green peppers, onions, sausage. Add desired amount of Mozzarella cheese and put back in the oven for another 15 minutes also at 400 degrees. And dinner is served!
