Introduction

pasta tossed with lemon butter sauce and shrimp and pease pasta tossed with lemon butter sauce and shrimp and pease
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 cup lemon juice
    12oz pasta
    16 oz cooked shrimp- thawed
    1 cup frozen pease- cooked
    3 tbs butter (unsalted)
    pepper and salt to taste

Directions

boil water and cook pasta
melt butter in sauce pan and add lemon juice
add salt and pepper to taste
throw in shrimp and peas to warm
toss sauce with cooked pasta and serve

    Very Good
    This was just what I was looking for, simple, fast, and yummy. I had to substitue broccoli for peas (I was out), also added some garlic, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil. - 8/4/10
