Ingredients

    1- 10" non stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray
    1- cup mashed potatoes spread across the bottom of pan
    .75- cup sauteed onion scattered on the potatoes
    .75- cup Normandy Blend placed evenly over the onions
    1.5 oz- American sliced cheese on top of the blend
    4 T- Salsa one table spoon on each slice of cheese
    season to taste I like Mrs. Dash
    Place in a 400F oven for 30 minutes or until done

Be sure to spray skillet

Cooking time varies between 30-40 minutes a knife should go in and come out clean
