Introduction

Ingredients

    1c. Uncooked Brown Rice
    2c. Water
    1/2c. Chopped Carrots
    1c. Frozen Corn
    1 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
    1 Tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. Chopped Celery

Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker Crock Pot, cook on high for one hour, turn to low and cook for an additional three to four hours or until rice is cooked through.
