    Green Beans, not cut
    Cherry tomatoes, halved
    Raw red onion, thin sliced and chopped
    European Cucumber, peeled some & chopped or Julianne
    Italian herb oil dressing, low fat/sodium free
    Limon juice
    Black pepper & little salt

Tips

add oil dressing 1 to 2 hours early to marinate.


Directions

Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.

Serving Size: 10-14 one cup to cup and half servings
