Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. pkg frozen mixed vegetables (corn, carrots, green beans, lima beans)
    4 medium potatoes

Tips

It took a little longer in the oven than on the grill or camp fire.


Directions

Crumble ground beef and divide evenly into four large pieces of aluminum foil. Add 1/4 package of vegetables and one potato, sliced to each packet. Seal foil packet and cook over campfire, grill or in 400 degree oven until beef is no longer pink and potatoes are tender.

Serving Size: Makes 4 generous portion foil packets
