Ingredients

    4 medium bell peppers
    1/5 lb ground turkey
    2 pork sausage links
    1/5 cup chedder and montery jack cheese (seperate)
    1 small onion chopped fine
    1/5 cup fav Spaghetti sauce
    seasoning salt and pepper to taste
    1/5 cup brown rice

Directions

brown turkey and sausage together, add in seasoning and onion. While cooking meat start your rice. While rice is cooking drain meat and add to a bowl to cool add your chedder cheese and most of your spaghetti sauce leave enough to brush tops before cooking. While mixing those ingredients in bowl drain rice and add to mix. Talk your halfed Bell Peppers clean out seeds and vein and stuff with finished mix. Place stuffed peppers in pyrex dish and brush with remaining sauce cover with foil and bake for 40 min on 400. Last 5 min top with Monterey Jack cheese remove foil and put the oven on broil. Watch to make sure cheese just melts and browns to your taste. They are ready to serve and enjoy.
