Ingredients

    1 Raw Beet, chopped with skin removed
    1 Raw Carrot, chopped
    1 Apple, with skin (remove seeds and stem)
    0.5 cups orange juice
    Ice cubes (about a small handful)


Tips

You can swap for a different kind of juice, and play with your favorites.


Directions

Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a "smoothie" consistency.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving, in a large glass. The amount will depend on the size of your fruit and vegetables.
