Introduction

Quick Lunch Salad put together by myself and my DD age 4

Sugar shows high but its all natural sugar from the rasins. Fat is higher as well because of the almonds.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients



    4 slices Bacon - cooked, drained and crumbled
    2 cups Lettuce
    1/3 cup Raisins
    1 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
    1 tbsp green onion, chopped
    10 or so Cherry Tomatoes
    10 Almonds, smashed

Directions

Cook Bacon until crisp and crumble, I do my bacon in the oven on a grated sheet so the fat drains off.

Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and add bacon when ready.

For the dressing I used a honey mustard dressing under recipe:

It was delicious and my 4 yr old LOVED it. She is a good eater though
