1 and 1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup (dry)PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)- Bell Plantation
1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Aldi Fit and Active Egg Substitute
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 and 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, ground
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
1/2 cup Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 9 ingredients in order presented. Grind oats and flax seeds with food processor or coffee grinder. Add flours, then chocolate chips. Drop by rounded Tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper lined baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes.
