Introduction

Veggie Spaghetti sauce, no meat Veggie Spaghetti sauce, no meat
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 32 oz can of tomato sauce
    1 small can of diced tomatoes
    1 large fresh tomato, chopped
    1 1/2 c. summer squash, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
    10 leaves of fresh Basil
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced Oregano
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped Rosemary

Tips

I use Dream Fields pasta for my diabetes, and it has a very low digestible carb count!


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan, and bring to a boil over medium heat. As soon as it begins to boil reduce heat and simmer on low to low medium, for 45 mins., or until squash are desired consistency.
Serve over your choice of pasta.
Cook pasta as directed on package.
