Ingredients

1/2 c. Old Fashioned Oatmeal, dry
1/2 c. TVP(I used Bob's Red Mill)
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. almond butter(I used Naturally More)
2 tbsp. honey, or liquid sweetener of choice such as agave or pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
a few drops of stevia(optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 7X11 pan with foil. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add all the wet In a small microwave safe bowl, and heat for 10 seconds. Stir to thoroughly combine. Pour the wet into the dry. Stir until the mixture looks moist and crumbly. Pour into prepared pan, and press down to flatten.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until top is deep golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Cut into bars or let cool completely and break into pieces.
