Introduction

Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 1/2 sleeves grahm crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter
    1 cup sugar

    Topping:
    1 - 8 oz container non-dairy whipped topping such as Cool Whip, thawed
    1 - 15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 small cans mandarin oranges (10 oz?), drained
    1 small can (6 oz?) orange juice concentrate, thawed but not diluted
    1 can sweetened condensed milk

Tips

Best to set the dessert out of the freezer to soften some before serving.


Directions

Melt the butter and mix with the dry ingredients. Save 1/3 of the mixture. Press remaining into bottom of 9" X 13" pan or two 8" pans (or flat plastic containers).

Mix all the filling ingredients. Spread over the crust. Sprinkle remaining crust crumbs over the top. Freeze overnight.

Serving Size: makes 28 1.5" squares
