Ingredients

    1/4 t. Ground ginger
    14 oz. skinless boneless chicken thighs cut in pieces
    1 bunch asparagus, woody base removed
    2 green onions, sliced
    8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    Pinch salt

Tips

Tastes great on brown rice.


Directions

Spray pan with pan and sprinkle in ginger. Add chicken stir constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Add asparagus to pan stir fry for 2 minutes. Add onions and mushrooms stir constantly for 1 to 2 minutes. Return chicken to pan. Add salt. Coo a further 3 min.
