Ingredients

Packaged broccoli slaw- half a package (6 oz)
dried cranberries- .25 cup
wheat germ- 2 tbsp
rice vinegar- 2 tbsp
sesame oil- 2 tsp.
Tips
you can eliminate the steaming step.
This recipe has lots of possibilities for substitutions, I sometimes use ground flax seeds, sesame seeds, or walnuts in place of the wheat germ.
Directions
I don't like too much raw food so I drizzle 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar over the broccoli slaw and microwave for 1 minute.
add wheat germ and cranberries and toss together.
Drizzle sesame oil and second tbsp of vinegar over salad and toss together again.
refrigerate.
