Introduction

Ingredients

    onion
    diced tomato
    carrots
    potatoes
    corn (on cob or can)
    butter beans
    black eye peas with snaps
    chicken broth
    seasoning salt
    pepper
    magerine or butter
    tomatoe juice

Tips

can add meat or other vegetable per your taste. This can be cooked in a slow cooker over 8 hours slow or on the stove for a quicker meal.


Directions

saltee a small onion in 2 tablespoons of magerine, add all vegetables, 2 cans of chicken broth (small), 1 large can of tomatoe juice, and add 2 cups of water. Salt & pepper to taste.
