Ingredients

    1 pound beef top sirloin, sliced thin or cubed
    1.5 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1 cup reduced sodium beef broth or stock
    3 tblsp Ken's Teriyaki Marinade & Glaze
    1 tblsp sesame seeds
    1 tsp sesame oil
    2 cups multigrain egg noodles (or substitute brown rice)
    1 tblsp cornstarch
    2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped (or substitute bok choy)

Directions

Spray crockpot liner with nonstick spray. Combine beef, mushrooms, onion, broth, glaze, seeds and oil and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Mix cornstarch with 2 tblsp of cold water and stir into crockpot. Add broccoli and cover for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare egg noodles separately and serve.
