Ingredients

    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    1 large squash, thinly sliced
    1/2 C chopped red onion
    1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Ronzoni garden delight fettuccine

Tips

I have also added parmesean cheese, pork, chicken, etc to make a one dish meal.


Directions

cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
heat olive oil and saute squash and onion with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
add tomatoes at last minute before mixing with pasta.
