Ingredients

    .25 C dried mung beans
    .25 Cup Brown rice
    .13 Cup Quinoa
    10 trimmed and cleaned green beans
    .5 C chopped zuchinni
    .25 C chopped onions
    lite soy sauce
    oyster sauce
    garlic powder
    sesame oil

Directions

place dry ingredients in pot, bring to boil. Add veggies and then simmer for 45 minutes. Add sauces last.
