Ingredients

1-12" Mama Mary's Gourmet Pizza Crust
2 oz shredded part skim mozzarella
2 oz shredded cheddar
4 tbs Ken's Steakhouse Buffalo Wing Sauce
6 tbs light ranch dressing (I use Hidden Valley)
12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.
Spread the ranch dressing onto the pizza crust, set aside.
Cook the chicken strips in a pan on medium heat with the buffalo wing sauce. Stir constantly so the sauce coats the chicken and does not burn. Cook until chicken is done.
Put the chicken onto the prepared pizza crust and top with both kinds of cheese. Bake in a 450 oven for 8-10 minutes until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.
