Introduction

One bar of Nestle White Chocolate. Usually found in the grocery aisle that has all the expensive candy bars. This is the dessert chocolate, sometimes called baking chocolate. I live in a country that uses grams, so my bar is 180g.
You can use heavy cream instead of creme fleurette. It is 2 cups worth or 40cl (10cl per serving).

Ingredients

white chocolate, heavy cream or creme fleurette, water

Tips

For better flavor, use 2 bars of chocolate to the same amount of cream. The calorie points go up, but if you take half the serving size it is rich enough to be worth every calorie!

Directions

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add about a tbsp of water to help make the chocolate smooth. White chocolate tends to get chunky when it melts, but I have found that adding some water helps and doesn't effect the outcome of the recipe.
Beat cream until stiff peaks form.
Slowly add melted chocolate to cream, stirring well after each addition.
Once all chocolate is incorporated, refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
