Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs
    1 large egg, beaten

Tips

Add parmesan for extra flavor or mix panko breadcrumbs or crushed up cereal for more crunch.


Directions

Dip the chicken into the beaten egg. Coat with bread crumbs. Arrange chicken on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
