Introduction

My very yummy potato soup. My very yummy potato soup.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Chop potatoes, about 6 cups.
    5 cups water
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp salt and pepper
    1/4 cup onion
    1/4 cup wheat flour

Tips

If soup is not creamy enough, add a little more flour.


Directions

Chop potatoes. Rinse and add to large pot. Add the other ingredients, with wheat flour being the last ingredient added. Stir and allow to boil till soup thickens and potatoes are done.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 servings.
