Ingredients

    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (remove)
    Cream Cheese, 4 oz (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .4 cup, shredded (remove)
    Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 2 serving (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .4 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .8 cup (remove)
    Jalepeno's, .5 cup

Tips

Highly suggest canned jalepenos for the extra hot and flavor


Directions

Preheat oven at 350
Cook bacon and drain on paper towel
chop up jalepenos mix jalepenos, bacon (diced)cream cheese and shredded cheese i n bowl
cut chicken and stuff
mix bread crumbs, parm cheese and seasonings to your liking
coat stuffed chicken with crumbs and sear both sides in the leftover bacon greese
finish off by baking in oven at 350 for about 30 min or until no longer pink (of course :)
