Ingredients

    1 Pkg Pamela's Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix
    1/4c. White Rice Flour
    1/4c. Coconut Flour
    1tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1c. almond oil
    3 eggs
    2tsp. vanilla
    1 c. rice milk
    4 mashed bananas

Directions

Mix together all wet ingredients in one bowl. Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl. Mix the two together just until incorporated.
