    canned pumpkin 15 oz/1 can
    steel cut oats 1 cup
    water, 1 can
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1 tsp cinnamon
    dash of salt
    2 tbsp honey


top with nuts, additional honey, syrup, whatever you like.


mix all ingredients in slow cooker, and cook on low all night.
