Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
10 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp capers
200 grams of black olives, sliced
2 cups mushroom, sliced (chestnut mushroom, is better)
400 grams chopped tomatoes (1 can)
0.5 grams of crushed dried chilli flakes (optional)
1 tbsp tomato paste
5.3 oz of spaghetti
6 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
1. Cook spaghetti as per instructions on the packet
2. Heat oil in a pan
3. When the pan is hot, add the garlic, capers, black olives and chilli flakes, until aromatic
4. Add the mushrooms and stir. Cook until the mushrooms are soft, around 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir.
6. When consistency of the sauce has thickened, add the cooked spaghetti.
7. Serve with some Parmesan cheese
