Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large whole egg
    2 large egg whites
    1/4 cup Feta Cheese
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    2 tsp Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce (or to taste)
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste

Tips

Put it in the microwave and heat another 30 seconds to melt the feta. Or add the feta to the skillet until melted, then add buffalo and chia seeds.


Directions

Heat small skillet on medium, spray with cooking spray. Add one whole egg and two egg whites to pan and salt and pepper to taste. Scramble and cook until done.

Add cooked eggs to a bowl with the feta, chia seeds and buffalo sauce (to taste-I like a lot of buffalo sauce-recipe is for 2 tsp).

Serving Size: Makes one delicious breaksfast!
