Ingredients

    1 c. vanilla soy milk
    1 TBSPs Chia seeds
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    pinch of cinnamon
    1/2 to 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (I used frozen)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight. Enjoy cold!
