Introduction

A delicious, tropical breakfast that ensures you get your veggies first thing! You can't taste the spinach, although it gives the smoothie a lovely green color. Ingredients

1/2c vanilla yogurt (I use no sugar added Dannon; tweak this ingredient however you like to fit your diet - you could even use plain if you want your smoothie to be more tart)
    1/2c milk
    1c baby spinach, fresh
1/2 a small banana - it tastes best frozen!
1/2c pineapple and mango, or whatever berry you prefer - again, it tastes best frozen!

Tips

The longer you blend, the silkier it is.

Directions

Assemble all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

My blender is the perfect size for mason jars, so I like to just assemble everything in one of those. It makes a perfect 16oz glass for one person, and that way all you have to clean is the blade and gasket!

Serving Size: makes 2 cups
