Ingredients

    Stuffed Mushroom Caps , serves 2

    12 white mushrooms, rinsed quickly and patted dry, stems removed
    1/2C fat free cottage cheese
    5 saltine crackers
    1/4 tsp Ital seasoning
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp sage

Directions

Grind crackers and seasonings till fine.
Fill caps 3/4 full with cottage cheese, tamp on some cracker crumb mix, don't overfill, you probably won't use it all
Place in PAM sprayed pie plate or cake pan, spray tops with PAM
Bake at 350 deg for 10-15 min till lightly browned on top

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of 6 stuffed mushrooms each
