Ingredients

    About Time Vanilla Protein
    Whole Wheat Flour (could be almond meal or coconut flour)
    Baking Powder
    1 Egg white
    1/2 Cup Almond Milk
    Cinnamon
    Stevia
    Nutmeg


    Peanut butter sauce:
    PB2
    Yogurt
    Almond Milk

Directions

combine protein, wheat flour, baking powder. add egg white, almond milk, cinnamon, stevia and nutmeg to taste.

pour onto griddle in silver dollar sizes.

top with the pb2, almond milk, yogurt mixture.
