Ingredients

    1 avocado
    1/2 c oil
    1/2 c sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
    1/3 cup yogurt
    2/3 cup milk (we use almond)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 c unsweetened dark cocoa powder
    2 c flour
    1 c chocolate chips

Tips

Spray your bundt or baking pan with non-stick spray.

Keep cake sealed in an air tight container.

It taste best if you let it sit overnight.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Cream oil and sugar together. Add in the avocado, vanilla, applesauce and yogurt. In a separate bowl sift together the baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour and coco powder. Blend the milk and the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until done
