    Canned Pumpkin, Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, Cottage Cheese (1%), Egg, Egg White, Honey (organic/raw) also a pinch of cinnamon.

Directions

spritz pan with oil on medium heat and cook until edges start to become hard and then flip.
