    1/2 Cut Water
    Crisco Non-stick spray
    After complete:
    Add 1/4 cups of syrup


-Mix water and pancake mix
-spray pan with Crisco Non- Stick spray
-Wait until you see bubbles before flipping (flip only once)
-Put in tray and add syrup
