Add 4 oz whole grain pasta (if you are making this for 2; see Tips about single servings). Cook until al dente.

    Get better soon!

Tips

If you live alone, and are feeling well enough to stand by the stove for a brief period, this soup is for you. Cook the stock and meat together, divide a 1/2 portion to a container to cool for the next day and add your whole grain pasta to the pot. Tomorrow you can reheat the soup after you boil a fresh set of pasta.

Directions

A large sauce pan, a good knife & cutting board and a stirring spoon are needed.

Sauté the chopped onion & garlic in the olive oil over medium heat. Add precooked chicken breast. Add water & turn up heat to high. Add all other ingredients & cook till pasta is al dente.

Serving Size: Makes 2 very large & filling servings.
